Busy September

We have made it through another month. September was a fun month for us. We started the month by celebrating our seven year anniversary with a quick trip to San Francisco...we were a party of three that weekend, toting Molly along with us of course!
While in the city, we visited Golden Gate Park, the Ghiradellii Square Chocolate Festival, introduced Molly to the Buena Vista (unfortunately it was too hot out to enjoy an Irish Coffee), had a great dinner and then went to the Giants game the next day. Molly was of course, a little celebrity in our section with everyone admiring what a good baby she was....she was awake and alert for most of the game, just enjoying it and taking it all in!
We then went to Boise to host the 6th Annual Brian Ellis Memorial Golf Tournament. The tournament was another big success and it was great to see Brian's friends and family come out and honor his memory and support a great cause. While we we there, we took some pictures with Molly in front of my house (I guess it is actually my parent's house since they are the ones that have been making payments on it for 25 years)....anyway, my parents recently sold MY house and we wanted to get some pics with Molly at the house since she won't have any memories of it.

After Boise, we headed out to the Oregon Coast to spend six fun filled days with our family. The weather forecast was very gloomy, but we ended up having great weather. Molly really enjoyed all of the action and being around so many people and of course, all of the attention. Can't say that she enjoyed riding in the car as much as she did, but she was a trooper!!! After three road trips in ten days, she was definitely ready to be out of the car.

Molly has found her voice and we love to listen to her little baby coos. I could record her little voice and listen to it all day long. Her neck is getting strong and she can almost completely support her head on her own now. Her hair is growing in fast (kind of a brown color) and her eyes are still blue. She had her two month shots last week which were more painful for me that for her I am sure. Molly weighed in at 12 pounds, 2 ounces and is 24 inches long now. Her life still pretty much consists of eating and sleeping, which sounds wonderful to us!!!
